It all begins with understanding what you are looking for:
A first experience in total tranquillity? A more sporty getaway? A long journey to truly disconnect? Travelling solo? As a couple? With family? With friends? Activities along the way? Nature? The sea? The countryside? City visits?

There are countless travel possibilities, and we will suggest the trip that best matches your wishes. Depending on how much time we have before your departure, we can even create a fully tailor-made trip or adapt an existing one so that it perfectly meets your expectations!

Once you have approved the trip, the agency takes care of all the bookings: securing your accommodation and breakfasts, planning activities, arranging any necessary train journeys, bike hire, and luggage transfers.

Advising you during preparation

Should I train beforehand? Will my 12-year-old daughter be able to complete the entire route without difficulty? Is my bike suitable for the terrain I will be riding on? What equipment should I bring?

These are just some of the many questions everyone asks before setting off on a multi-day cycling trip.

We know the routes you will be taking inside out. We have extensive experience of cycle touring not only in Hauts-de-France but throughout France.
It is our role to put your mind at ease and remove any doubts you may have before embarking on your adventure.

Carrying Out the Briefing Several Days Before Departure

Around 15 days before your departure, we will schedule an online video call with you to provide a detailed explanation of how your trip will unfold.

Some activities require you to stick to certain times; you also need to consider restaurant opening hours, anticipate the distance you will cover each day, and be aware of points of interest along your route…
Our aim is to provide you with the richest and most comfortable experience possible!

This one-hour briefing is also an opportunity for you to familiarise yourself with the navigation app.
It allows you to navigate independently in an extremely intuitive way.
However, to ensure you make the most of your trip (points of interest, viewpoints, cultural landmarks, etc.), it is reassuring to get used to the app’s features a few days before setting off.

Assisting you throughout your trip

From start to finish, at every moment of your trip, Ch’tis Voyages à Vélo provides you with “7-days-a-week assistance”.
This means that at any time, we are available by phone to help if you have any doubts about your route.
We can also direct you to a local repair shop if you have a technical issue — or, in extreme cases, we will come and assist you directly if a bike needs to be replaced.
